Refund policy
Self paced digital programs
The Fourth Trimester Plan is nonrefundable once the materials have been accessed. If you have not opened the materials, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund in full.
Private consults
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your session for a full refund. Inside 48 hours the session fee is retained, because the time was held for you. If you go into labor before your session we will always reschedule or refund, no questions asked.
Cohorts
Full refund up to 48 hours before the first live session. After the first session begins no refund is available, but recordings and materials remain accessible to you.
Membership
Cancel anytime. Cancellation stops the next charge and access continues through the end of the period already paid for. We do not prorate partial months.
How to request one
Email hello@mamabirthtribe.com from the address you purchased with. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.
