Terms of service

What you are buying

You are purchasing access to educational content and, for some programs, scheduled time with an educator. You are not purchasing medical care, clinical midwifery services, a guaranteed birth outcome or ongoing clinical advice.

Your license to the materials

Programs are licensed to you personally. You may use, download and print them for your own family. You may not resell or redistribute them, or use them to teach paid classes of your own.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars. Recurring memberships bill monthly until cancelled.

Scheduling and no shows

For private sessions, please arrive within 10 minutes of the start time. Beyond that the session may be treated as a no show and the fee retained.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of this site or our programs is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for medical outcomes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, where MamaBirthTribe LLC is established. Nothing in this clause limits any non waivable consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your own state.
